With our Brokerage Edition, the account owner can choose which level of permission to grant their team members.
Advanced Permissions Types:
There are FIVE types of authorizations for users on the Brokerage Edition, as described in more detail below:
(1) Organization Admins
(2) Office Admins
(3) Group Members
(4) Organization Members
(5) Guests
Organization Admins
Org Admins have the highest permissions, allowing them to:
Invite a new member to join the Brokerage's Account as an "Office Admin," "Organization Member," "Group Member" or "Guest"
Edit member's email, name and other details
View and edit all transactions by all members on the Brokerage Account, except for non-brokerage affiliated packets created by "Guests" (explained in more detail below)
Change Brokerage Account's logo and color
Create "Offices" and "Groups" to better monitor transactions both across and within offices
Office Admins
Office Admin have the second highest permissions, allowing them to:
View all transactions by all Brokerage Members assigned to their "Office", except for non-brokerage affiliated transactions created by "Guests" (explained in more detail below) and when the Organization Admin doesn't allow it
Group Members
Group Members are regular Glide users within the Brokerage. Group Members have been assigned to a "Group" by the Org Admin and have the ability to:
View the transactions they create
View the transactions that other Group Members assigned them as a "Lead Agent"
Create a transaction and assign another Group Member as the "Lead Agent"
View Brokerage branding in their account as set by the Org Admin
All clients invited by a Group Member to complete a packet on Glide will also view the Brokerage branding
Organization Members
Organization Members are regular Glide users within the Brokerage who have not been assigned to a "Group". Org Members have the ability to:
View the transactions they create
View Brokerage branding in their account as set by the Org Admin
All clients invited by an Org Member to complete a packet on Glide will also view the Brokerage branding
Guests
Guests are often independent TCs or individuals outside of the Brokerage who are involved in certain transactions, but not all of their transactions are shared with the Brokerage.
Guests can be invited into a "Group" to have access to the same features and permissions that "Group Members" enjoy (as explained above)
Transactions created by Guests that are not part of a "Group" are not shared with the Organization Admin or any Office Admins, allowing for independent TCs to share only transactions for that Brokerage, while restricting access to their unaffiliated transactions.
