RealCare customers that have a Navigators Insurance Company Real Estate E&O policy and have their sellers use Glide’s software to complete disclosures are eligible for a 50 percent reduction in their deductible (up to a maximum of $5,000). The reduction is available for claims arising solely out of actual or alleged undisclosed defects in the residential real property that are brought against an insured agent who represented the seller of the property.

1: How do I know if I'm eligible?
The benefit is available to California agents with a Navigators Insurance Company Real Estate E&O policy that includes the “Seller Disclosure Software Endorsement”.
2: What is the maximum deductible reduction I’m eligible for?
50%, up to a maximum of $5000.
3: Do I have to use Glide for all of my transactions to qualify?
Glide must be used to prepare a seller disclosure form (e.g. the Real Estate Transfer Disclosure statement), which should be fully executed as part of the transaction referenced in the claim.
4: How do I claim my benefit?
Email Glide Support for an Audit Trail Certificate to provide to your Navigators claims handler. Navigators must receive the certificate within 60 days of filing the claim.
5: Is there any cost to using Glide?
