Creating a transaction

1. On the Home page, click the New Transaction button.

2. Add buyer agent information. Select a name on the drop-down menu or click Create a new contact.

  • In this example, we select a name on the drop-down menu.

3. Click Continue.

4. Select Purchase and then choose the status of the transaction.

  • To create a listing transaction, click the Listing button.

5. Fill in the property details and then apply a transaction template (optional).

  • To learn how to create a transaction template, watch the tutorial here.

6. Click Continue.

7. Add people to the purchase team (optional) by selecting "Add Party" and then select a role and then a name. Choose a name from the drop-down menu or create a new contact.

  • In this example, we add a TC to the team and then select Judy from the drop-down menu.

8. Click Save and then Continue.

9. Add buyer information. Select a name on the drop-down menu or click Create a new contact.

  • In this example, we select a name on the drop-down menu.

10. Review or add contact information and then click Save.

  • Make sure you add information to the required fields marked with an asterisk.

11. Add another buyer with a different email (optional) and then click the Continue button.

12. Add information about the property (optional) and then click Continue.

  • The Details & Parties page is like a cover page. All the names and information you enter here transfer to the forms you create for this transaction. You can add this transaction information now or later.

  • You can access this page on the Transaction Overview page. Click Details & Parties on the left menu.

Adding information

In this example, we add two kinds of Property Information.

1. Click Type and select Single Family and then add the year built.

2. Click Save after you finish.

Adding an image

New transactions appear with a map. You can replace the map with an image.

1. On the Transactions page, click Home to see your property.

2. To add an image, click on the lower left part of the map.

3. Import an image from your computer or the web and then click Save > Upload.

The image now appears on the buyer agent's Transactions page.
