In this article, sellers learn how to revise flagged questions created by themselves, another seller, or the listing agent.
All parties in the transaction can use the Flag tool to speed up the disclosures completion process by identifying:
questions that cause seller confusion
questions that do not have complete answers, or
questions that were answered incorrectly
Reviewing agent flags as the seller
There are two ways for the seller to see a question flagged by the listing agent:
open an email notification and click on the "Review" button to access the seller's Glide account
log in to your seller account at www.glide.com, then click into the disclosure forms
Opening an email message
When agents create a flag, they can email a notification to the seller(s).
In this example, the agent flags a question about an appliance.
1. Open the email and click the Review button.
2. Read the agent’s comment in the flag and enter the appropriate response:
a) Change the answer by selection the correct button for that answer (if appropriate).
b) Click Reply to send the agent a question or comment.
c) Click Save.
3. Click Continue at the bottom of the screen.
4. If there is more than one flagged question, click Continue to review each flag for that form.
5. Upon completion of your review of all flagged questions, click the Resubmit Forms button.
While your revised answers are saved as you go through each page, resubmitting the forms sends an email notification to the listing agent to inform them of each revised question.
Log in to Glide
In some cases, the listing agent may not send the notification email, but instead may ask you to access your forms to make changes. In those cases, the seller does not receive a message about the agent’s flag. To see the agent's flagged question, the seller must log in to Glide by going to www.glide.com.
1. Log in to Glide.com with the email address and password used to create the Glide account. You may also click "forgot password" to receive an email to reset the password.
2. Click the Seller Disclosures box.
3. Scroll down the page. It shows all outstanding flagged questions, including flags generated by the agent with no email notification.
4. Click a question and change the answer (if required).
5. Click Reply to enter a message (optional) and then click Save.
6. Click Continue at the bottom of the page. Your revised answer is now saved.
7. Repeat steps for other flagged questions. Each updated answer will save as you continue through the form.
8. Complete the workflow and then click Resubmit Forms.
While your revised answers are saved as you go through each page, resubmitting the forms sends an email notification to the listing agent to inform them of each revised question.
