Customizing name display options

To change the entity name display format:

1. Click the Glide icon at the top of the page and select Account Settings.

2. On the next page, click Account preferences on the left menu.

3. Scroll down to the Transaction Settings heading.

  • Note: In some cases, these options are locked because they are managed at the broker level.

Understanding entity display options

Single party

If there is a single party acting as buyer or seller entity representative, there are three name display options.

  • Set the representative's name and then title.

  • Set the entity's name first and display the representative's name and title in brackets.

  • Display the entity's name but exclude the name of the representative.

Multiple parties

If two or more parties are acting as buyer or seller entity representatives, there are three name display options.

  • Display the name and title of each representative (but not the entity name) in order.

  • Set the entity's name first and display the representative's name and title in brackets.

  • Display the entity's name but exclude the names of the representatives.
