In this article, we show you how a buyer's agent can create a transaction on Glide.
Creating a transaction
1. On the Home page, click the New Transaction button.
2. Add buyer agent information. Select a name on the drop-down menu or click Create a new contact.
In this example, we select a name on the drop-down menu.
3. Click Continue.
4. Enter the property address and then select Continue.
5. Select a transaction type and status (based on where you are in the transaction process) and then apply a transaction template (optional).

6. Click Continue.
7. Add people to the purchase team (optional) by selecting a role and then a name. Choose a name from the drop-down menu or create a new contact.
In this example, we add a TC to the team and then select Valery from the drop-down menu.
8. Add buyer information. Select a name on the drop-down menu or click Create a new contact.

9. Review or add contact information and then click Save.
Make sure you add information to the required fields marked with an asterisk.
You can add another buyer with a different email (optional).
10. Select the Continue button.
11. Add information about the property (optional) and then click Continue.
The Details & Parties page is like a cover page. All the names and information you enter here transfer to the forms you create for this transaction. You can add this transaction information now or later.
You can access this page on the Transaction Overview page. Click Details & Parties on the left menu.
Adding information
In this example, we add two kinds of Property Information starting from Transaction Overview page.
1. Select Details & Parties.
2. Select the Property Information tile.
3. Click Type and select Single Family and then add the year built.
4 . Click Save or Continue after you finish.

Adding an image
New transactions appear with a map. You can replace the map with an image.
1. On the Transactions page, click Home to see your property.
2. To add an image, click the camera.
3. Import an image from your computer or the web and then click Save.
The image now appears on the buyer agent's Transactions page (after a page refresh or after you click Home).
