Agents and Clients both have the ability to flag questions on the forms and leave comments for the other parties on the packet.
These comments are never placed onto the final forms and are only meant to help guide each party to reach the desired outcome.
All the questions that have been flagged on the form will appear on the transaction details page, listed out in numerical and alphabetical order.
Simply click into the question ABOVE the comments in order to edit the answer.
The following video shows how sellers can edit their responses to flagged questions by clicking into each flagged question and revising the answer.
