Multi-Unit AVID
Agents can now set the number of units and complete a different AVID for each unit. This feature is available exclusively to Glide Pro subscribers.

Safe AVID  
Glide identifies common AVID responses that result in legal action and notifies the agent of the risk is real time

Multiple AVID Completion Options
When a transaction is being set up, you can now choose between a number of options to complete your AVID - invite (a request is sent to the agent to complete the AVID), transcribe (the administrator can complete the AVID based on handwritten or audio notes from the agent), or upload (a scanned .pdf can be uploaded to the transaction).

Text Message AVID Invites
Now, when a transaction coordinator or administrator sets up a transaction, there is a choice to send an invitation to the agent via email, text message, or both 

Schedule AVID Invitations
Similarly, during the transaction set up process, a TC or administrator can now choose to send the AVID invitation immediately or to schedule it to be sent at a later time
