Glide upholds industry-standard frameworks in order to remain compliant with local, state and federal rules and regulations, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
CCPA data requests can be managed at any time. Follow this link to learn more about your rights under the CCPA. If you wish to request deletion of your personal data, submit your request using this form.
To send a request for your account to be deleted:
Navigate to our Privacy Request Form
Enter your First name, Last name, and Email address (must be the same email used in your Glide account)
Under Type of Request, select Delete
Enter any Additional information (optional), then click Submit Request
5. You will see a confirmation that the request has been submitted successfully
6. If you are requesting an account and data deletion, you will need to verify your email by clicking on the link in the email you receive from the Glide Privacy Team before the request will be processed
7. Click the Verify Request button on the next screen that opens
8. That's it! Once you submit the request and verify your email address, Glide will return an email confirmation and delete the account and data in compliance with CCPA.
To request a full download of your account data:
Navigate to our Privacy Request Form
2. Enter your First name, Last name, and Email address (must be the same email used in your Glide account)
3. Under Type of Request, select Download
4. Enter any Additional information (optional), then click Submit Request
5. You will see a confirmation that the request has been submitted successfully
6. If you are requesting a full data download, you will need to verify your email by clicking on the link in the email you receive from the Glide Privacy Team before the request will be processed
7. Click the Verify Request button on the next screen that opens
8. That's it! Once you submit the request and verify your email address, Glide will return an email confirmation and deliver your data download in compliance with CCPA.
