There are two ways for sellers to revise documents:

  1. With flags -- Sellers revise their answers using Glide's flagging collaboration tool, covered in this article: How Sellers Respond to and Revise Flagged Questions.

  2. Without flags -- Sellers go directly to Glide, login to their seller dashboards, locate a document, and make changes, as covered in the material below.

Logging in to Glide

  1. Go to www.glide.com and sign in using the email associated with the original invite received from the listing agent and the password selected during the first login.

  • On this page, sellers can request an email to reset their password if needed.

Selecting a Document on the Seller Dashboard

The next step is to select the disclosure form that you want to review and revise.

  1. On the Workspace page, click Seller Disclosures.

2. On the next page, locate the form to revise and click Edit.

  • In this example, we edit the Real Estate Transfer Disclosure Statement (TDS).

Editing disclosure document answers

In this step, search for the questions/answers to revise.

  • Note: when a seller edits the answers in a disclosure package, Glide automatically saves changes.

There are two ways to search questions in a document: open section tabs (which follow the form outline) or use the search tool to find questions that have the key terms.

Opening section tabs (form outline)

  1. Click a section tab, scroll through the questions, and read the answers.

2. To change an answer, click a question. The document opens on your screen. Now you can modify the answers.

  • In this example, we add information about a fence malfunction.

3. Click Continue to save the answer and return to the disclosure document.

4. Continue reading questions and changing answers as required.

Using the search tool

The second option is to use the search tool.

  1. Type a word or phrase into the search bar. Relevant search items -- questions and answers -- appear under the search bar.

2. To change an answer, click a question. The document opens on your screen. Now you can modify the answers.

  • In this example, we change the answer for the property safety features question and indicate there are window security bars.

3. Click Continue to save the answer and return to the disclosure document.

4. Continue updating as many answers as required.

Resubmitting the revised forms

After you finish making changes and complete the workflow, click the Resubmit Forms button. The changes are saved, and the agent receives an email notification about the modifications.

  • If you don't click the re-submit button, the agent does not receive an email notification.

What the listing agent sees

The Listing Agent can track the progress of disclosure form completion.

  1. On the Disclosure Package page, click Invite Sellers to Fill Disclosures.

2. Scroll down to Guided Forms.

  • Glide shows the date and time of the most recent edit, plus the editor's name.
