In order to obtain access to association form libraries in your Glide account, you will need to add each individual library in Glide.

To add association libraries in Glide:

  1. From the Documents page, click the Add Documents button and select Add from Library.

2. Click + Connect an association.

3. Click the Add + button next to the correct association.

4. Verify your membership by entering your NRDS ID and Last name, then click the Verify NRDS ID button at the bottom.

5. Your association library will be added to your Glide form library.
