• Why is the prior FHDS no longer available to add to my seller disclosure package?

    • Glide‚Äôs prior FHDS seller disclosure workflow is no longer current as a result of the June 2022 CAR form library revisions. Glide has disabled this guided disclosure workflow to help prevent use of the previous version. Please use the fillable form or PDF going forward.

  • What happens to disclosure packages that are actively being completed by clients?

    • Packages created before July 1st, 2022 will continue to be available for client completion. No new packages created after this date will offer this form. Please use the fillable form or PDF going forward.

  • Is the prior FHDS form still valid to use?

    • CAR is the creator of this form and provides form-related support assistance to members. Please reach out to CAR Customer Service.

  • How can I access the updated FHDS form to provide my sellers?

  • I paid for Glide Pro to access premium disclosures and now I do not have access.

    • This feature update does not impact Glide Pro access or features. Glide Pro provides a variety of premium features, but the FHDS is not a premium disclosure and has remained accessible on the free tier provided by Glide.   • I am a CRMLS member and I receive this as part of my member benefit.

    • This feature update does not impact CRMLS user access or features. The CRMLS member benefit provides a variety of premium features, but the FHDS is not a premium disclosure or premium feature and has remained accessible on the free tier provided by Glide.

  • How can my seller complete the June 2022 revised version of the FHDS?

    • Once you have completed sending your disclosures to your sellers you will select documents on the left-hand side. From the Documents page select Add Documents in the top right-hand corner. This will give you a drop down menu, select Add from Library.

    • Type FHDS into the search bar and select FHDS in the results and select Add Documents.

    • Click the FHDS and make sure the fields look correct. When you are ready to move forward select Sign in the top right corner.

    • Prepare your signature package.

    • Next you will be able to add any additional signers. Select continue.

    • Radio buttons, checkboxes, text boxes, and signatur tabs for the seller will be automatically added to the FHDS form. You can edit or remove these tabs or add additional tabs as needed.

    • Send the envelop to the seller.

    • Your sellers view of the form.
